La Costa Telecom was founded to address a growing frustration shared by many: VoIP providers that just didn’t deliver. Frustrated by unreliable service, hidden contract fees and the inability to reach a customer support representative when needed, La Costa Telecom was founded by Zaur Lachuev in 2020. Drawing from his own experiences, Zaur saw the need for a more dependable, responsive solution.

Zaur Lachuev
Zaur Lachuev is the CEO of La Costa Telecom. Having previously co-founded a leading managed IT and cybersecurity services firm, Zaur founded La Costa Telecom after experiencing years of receiving subpar account and customer service from all of the major VoIP providers. Between managing complicated invoices loaded with hidden fees, and the inability to reach an actual support representative when issues did arise, Zaur thought that there had to be a better way. From there, La Costa Telecom was born.
As a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background in business development, operations, sales and marketing, Zaur brings with him a customer-centric approach to building successful, mutually beneficial partnerships. It is this philosophy that has helped him build La Costa Telecom into a preferred VoIP provider for businesses in Southern California and beyond.

Jose Solis
Jose Solis has over 20 years of industry experience, having started as an IT technician and progressing all the way to leading a multi-department, multi-continent organization. Jose not only brings with him decades of technical experience across a variety of verticals, but a proven track record of delivering service that actually makes customers happy.
Having personally built many of the successful processes and systems in previous roles, Jose has now shifted his attention to a part of the industry that has long plagued IT companies as well as their Clients: reliable, affordable, and transparent VoIP service. As Jose sees it, “the VoIP industry has been asleep behind the wheel for too long and has gotten too comfortable making money and delivering poor service”. With that philosophy in mind, Jose quickly became the natural fit to lead La Costa Telecom’s operations and customer success teams.
Jose is dedicated to leveraging his extensive experience to build a service that shifts the industry to focus on seamless user experiences and overall customer happiness.
